Privacy Information and Terms & Conditions of use

Please be aware of our terms and conditions

Infinifile provides access to a cache of reference materials gathered as evidence within our published reports. These materials were obtained legitimately by us from mixed sources in the execution of our work. In making these sources – identified by an ID – available for use by others, you should be aware of a number of caveats, disclaimers and obligations.

InfiniFile grants no rights of use of ownership. Use of – and the consequences of use of – reference materials is both at the reader’s own risk and subject to normal standards of referencing and attribution or other rights management obligations. These may be stated or implied within materials themselves or we may highlight them – where known when we retrieved the materials – at download.

InfiniFile does not provide access to copyright materials such as subscription periodicals. In such cases we will provide links to sources using the last known publisher data or, preferably, the permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) reference maintained by the international foundation http://dx.doi.org, which is guaranteed never to change and will always point to the current copyright holder.

Where we archive the reference materials and reports of third parties who contract to use our service, we require them to adhere to the terms and conditions stated here. If we become aware that these obligations are being breached, parts of or the whole of their service may be withdrawn. We will not be held liable for the consequences of that withdrawal of service.

We undertake to maintain the sources for an indefinite period. This period may not be in perpetuity, but will be subject to reasonable tests including but not limited to: The continued operation of web-site owner, Oakdene Hollins Ltd; the continued operation of the DOI register by the relevant authority; the continuation of any contracts that third parties have made with us to archive their own materials; the continued veracity, validity, topicality and relevance of the reference materials individually or in whole, or the parent report.

We will consider any reasonable request for removal of an archived document, for example where we have mistakenly made available restricted access materials. Materials having being available by current web search or in the past will militate against a decision for their removal unless it can be demonstrated that they fail tests of truth, accuracy or defamation; or have been withdrawn from publication by the original publishers due to prohibition by relevant authorities.
